


2 Week Program
The first visit will involve discussing your goals, establishing ‘the space’ in your own home, where before you became distracted. The program will include:
-Daily yoga development classes
-Ayurvedic nutrition pack
-Breath work guidance and how to sit with yourself off the mat
-On-call support throughout the process

Recap Session
When you’ve completed your program, and feel like you’ve stepped off your track (which is completely OK), then this is a perfect refresh button, a recap session.
A support system to remind you of how to get back to yourself and develop your initial goals.
Session completed either online or at home.

Private Group Booking
If you have a cosy evening, or a wellbeing weekend in mind, that you feel would be complete with yoga and/or group sound healing combined, then please feel free to get in touch, and we can work through details to create the perfect experience that you envision!
