Together we share space to connect and to notice changes within as we self heal:
. We let go of the outside world for a while, and immerse into the gorgeous @kudhva cabin life
. We hum, using our own vibration to unleash what we no longer need
. We actively ground ourselves, spreading our vibration down to our root using our voice and the powerful word LAM
. We hold the hands of our neighbour as we vunerably chant, with movement, until our hearts grow into a big ball of joy, to remove obstacles from our path for the season ahead. A beautiful moment to notice the POWER of community voice (and the first for me to share!)
